To compile the CU source, type: cc -Ml CU.c -o CU If you are running IBM Xenix, you will need to "BUG" IBM to include /usr/include/dial.h and also to include dial.o in their ...libc.a file! This is included in the SCO release. To compile the crcCU source, type cc crcCU.c -O -o crcCU After you have the two load modules ( CU and crcCU ) place them into /usr/bin. This is very important since CU looks for crcCU there. To invoke the xmodem transfer, type ~X and follow the questions. The "child" process that CU generates is automatically KILLED at this point and is regenerated after the transfer is completed. ************************************************************************** New modification --- Oct 2, 1986 Use an optional dialing directory This option uses the command switch -p.
