CHANGES:
	(a) When line printer can't be opened: changed simple message to
		use system message `sys_errlist'.
	(b) Writing file to printer: rewrote `print' routine to handle
underlining. New routine in file "print.c".
	(c) Identity of `lpd': changed run file to make `lpd' set-uid
to "daemon" rather than "root", per comment in "lpd1.c".

FURTHER WORK:
	(a) Output of '\n' to printer should always be accompanied by '\r'.
This enables head printers (e.g. Spinwriter) to be accessed
		with spooler.
	(b) Option to `lpr' to suppress banner page. This idea commands
		noticeable popularity.
