NAME: hex -
		makes a INTEL hexfile of specified obj file

SYNOPSIS:
	hex -(h m<string> r<start> s +# #) <ifile>

-h:		don't produce start record for INTEL hex files.

-m<string>:	inserts 'string' instead of <ifile> into the
		MOTOROLA S0 record generated by the -s option.

-r<start>:	interpret the input file as "raw" binary and not
		as an object file.The long integer 'start' gives
		the starting address of the module.

-s:		produce a MOTOROLA S0 record rather than INTEL hex
