Two new commands are implemented to support testing of the
Watch Dog (WD) system.
The commands are: ACTIVE and INACTIVE.
ACTIVE makes the map test program generate active pulses (via the
MAP). This is performed with an interval of 250 milliseconds.
If the MAP is not of WD type, the command is ignored.
INACTIVE switches the program back to the default state, where no
active pulses are generated.
