       controllers on MX-AMOS.
     - Check for meaningless disk parameters.

     - The program now reminds the operator to depress

       disk drives is not ready.

     AMOS version is no longer supported.

     Version 0301 of the prefix FMSDATA.S is included and
     BACKUP/COMPARE is now able to handle up to 100 bad
     sectors.

     Default disk attributes:

          disk driver name:      CDC000
          device:               50            (AMOS/XAMOS)
          device:               99            (MXAMOS)
          unit:                 0,1,2,3       (seclected by the user)
          controller ram addr:  320           (MXAMOS only)

     device consists of the device address inside the crate +
     64*crate number.

        758              error in connection with backup/compare between
                         1 x SMD300 and 4 x SMD80 (the program loops).

        759              the program uses default input disk attributes
                         when default output disk attributes are specified
                         and default input disk attributes are not.

     The program did not check the range of the BST size.

>> 0108 <<

     If the question PLEASE MOUNT ...  was answered with a
     < cr > the program terminated.

>> 0109 <<

     The homeblock was destroyed if the same disk was specified for
     both input and output.

     If a control character was entered, the program went into and
     endless loop.

Comments:
---------

     Only the following combinations of backup/compare between hard
     disks of different types have been tested:

          - Backup/compare between 1 x CMD96F (80 MB fixed disk) and
            5 x CMD96C (16 MB removeable cartridge).

          - Backup/compare between 1 x SMD300 and 4 x SMD80.


     Substitution of bad sectors is only supported for backup.
     Compare doesn't substitute, and will therefore not be able
     to detect wrong substitution. In addition, it will report
     differences in the substitution table.
