                              to insert the file for printing.

   <file-name>       is the name of the file to be printed on DIABLO
   ADDR              is the IO address of the DIABLO terminal
                     default is 64
   INDENT            defines the left margin indentation
                     default is 0
   SPACING           defines the character spacing in units of 1/120 inch
                     default is 12
   LINESPACE         defines the line spacing in units of 1/48 inch
                     default is 8
   FIRST             defines the first page to be printed
                     default is 1
   LAST              defines the last page to be printed
                     default is 32767
   PAGELENGTH        defines the number of lines on a page
                     default is 69

   NOTE !!!          In the SSD system, this program can only be used
                     from user processor number zero. «a5»
