This utility describes the function and operation of the CR80 AMOS
utility program TRANSLATE (CSS/105).

FUNCTION
--------
The program converts small letters to capital letters or vice versa.
ACTIVATION
----------
To translate every occurence of small letters to capital letters use :
MAKELARGE I: <file id> O: <file id>
To do the reverse :
MAKESMALL I: <file id> O: <file id>
Both files must exist beforehand and consist of text only .
The syntax of <file id> is described in [1]. «a5»
