New facilities:
---------------

  >> 3.1 <<

A new command, C<number>, introduced. It defines the width of
the screen and is used for determining when a screen is full.

  >> 2.6 <<

'%' may now be given in patterns to specify that the pattern must
be found at the start of a line.

  >> 2.5 <<

Search patterns may now be terminated by end-of-line.
'#' is inserted in a search pattern as a NL character.
'@' is now an escape character for all characters.
Entered as 'INSP' it will output fillers for GT400 terminals.
No more lines than specified in 'L' (default 22) will be output
on the screen, even if the lines are long (no screen overflow).

  >> 2.2 <<

Lower-case letters may be used as commands.

A line number may be specified as '/<pattern>/',
which means that the line number becomes the first
line after current line in which the pattern
     occurs.

Current line may be specified as an empty line
     number.

The delimiter between two line numbers may be a ';',
which means that current line at the evaluation of
the second line number is equal to the first line
number ex. 5; is equal to 5,5
