Module name: MXGEN

Actual release: 02.01 Release date: 840313

New facilities:
---------------

 - Proper files may now be used instead of Current INput and
Current OUTput to support batch users.
The invocation syntax is therefore changed to

                                    default
   MXGEN I: <input file> CIN
            O: <object file> none
            L: <log file> no logging
            P: <print file> COUT
   <NL>

 - You may specify the number of message buffers and/or process
control blocks as deltas i.e. the total claim of the MODULEs
is updated with the number specified by the user. The sign of
the supplied number determines the use so '+' means adding the
value to the claim and '-' means deducting and no sign means
ignoring the claims and use the number instead.

   Example :

      How Many PCB's: +18

to give you 18 PCBs in addition to the PBCs required by system
   modules.
