    COPY the files: HELP.C, HELP.DESCR.T and HELP.LIST.T
    into:          @**HELP, @**HELP.DESCR.T and @**HELP.LIST.T

Other Information:       The two special files HELP.DESCR.T and
                         HELP.LIST.T are generated by means of
                         the source files used to generate the
                         UTILITY GUIDE HANDBOOK. A job file and
                         a description of the format of these
                         source files exist in:
                         @**USERS.D*MJO.D*HBK.D*HBK001.D*ISSUE3.D.

                         The former of these files contains all
                         the descriptions of the existing utility
                         programs ordered alphabetically. Each
                         description contains the letter '&' in
                         the first postion of the first line to
                         separate the different descriptions.
                            The latter contains an alphabetical
                         ordered list of all existing utility
                         names.
                            (Note! These formats are obtained
                         automatically by the above mentioned
                         job file).
