New facilities:
---------------

  >> V0201 <<

  - The program now asks the file management system for the size
of the volume if the file to be BITMAP'ed is a bitmap.
This means that all disk types supported by FMS is now
    also supported by BITMAP.
  - The number of free sectors is output.

Changes:
--------

  >> V0201 <<

  - The variance of the size of holes is omitted.
  - Greatly speed improved, especially for bitmap files.
  - The specification I: is now optional.
  - If no parameter is given, the bitmap on the current volume
    is used.
  - The fileid may consist of only filesystem and volume name.
In this case, the bitmap on the volume specified is used.
    Example : BITMAP @FILSYS-FILE*SYSVOL
