      ONLY FIRMWARE-FILES IN INTEL HEX-FORMAT CAN BE TRANSFERED.

Check that TERM3 not used.
Power OFF HP.
Connect HP RS232-C jack "TO MODEM" (DTE) to the LTU jack 4.
Power ON HP again.
