  Activation:

     PRINT     { {<print params>}  {<file name>}   }
                                 0              0   0

        Print one or more files.
        Print parameters have a default value at the start of the line,
        which may be changed within the line.
        The current values of the print parameters are used when a file
        name is found in the line,
        i.e. print parameters must be given IN FRONT of the file name.

     REMOVEPQ   <print id>

        Remove a file from the print queue.
        The print id is the found by means of DISPQ or LISTPQ.
        If the file is being printed, it is marked for abortion,
        and printing will be terminated within approx. 10 pages.
        Only the user who has entered a file into the print queue
        is allowed to remove it.

     DISPQ     {<list param>}
                             0

        Display a list of the files in the print queue.
        Only the last part of the file names are displayed.
        The list can be restricted to a specific form (default all forms)
        or to prints belonging to a specific user (default all users).

                             *
     LISTPQ    {<list param>}
                             0

        Display a list of the files in the print queue.
        The entire file names are displayed.
        The position of the active prints are displayed.
        The list can be restricted to a specific form (default all forms)
        or to prints belonging to a specific user (default all users).

     INITPQ

        Create and initialize a print queue.

     CHECKPQ

        Check the consistency of a print queue.
        If the print queue is inconsistent, it must be removed,
        and a new print queue must be created.

     EDITPQ    { {I:} <file name> }

        Enter interactive mode,
        or take commands from a file.


     From the interactive EDITPQ, any of the above commands may be used,
     together with the following form handling commands

     DEfine   {<form params>}
                             0

        Define a form to the print queue.

                      *
     Undefine {<form>}
                      0

        Remove a form definition from the print queue.
        No prints should be waiting on the form.

     Formlist

        List the forms of the print queue,
        and the number of print jobs waiting on each form.
