  - '%' directives not starting at col 1 recogniced.

  - Spaces after '$' before filename in accepted due to new compiler
  - Max merge level parameter introduced.
  - Files containing binary information but not %CODE included
         are dropt with a warning.
  - Equal sign '=' in %CODE definitions are recogniced.

  >> 0201 <<

  - INCLUSIONS is a tool for configuration control etc.
It scans through a master source file and all its
sub source files to a maxmum level of 9.
A specific language type may be specified or it may
accept all present known ways of including sources
(and code files in Pascal). For C sources, a default
     library may be given.

     Invocation syntax :

       INCLUSIONS I:<fileid>
                [ O:<fileid> ]
                [ D:<fileid> ]
                [ L:<language> ]
                [ M:<max merge level> ]

       where

I:<fileid> specifies the master source file
           to be investigated.
           No default.
O:<fileid> specifies the file to contain the
           result.
           Default is current output.
D:<fileid> spefifies the directory in which to
search for library inclusions in C type sources.
           Default is current directory.
       L:<language> specifies the source type.
           <language> may be :
             ASM CR80 assembly language
             SWELL
             PASCAL
             C or
ANY meaning that all the source include
commands used in the above languages are
                        accepted.
           Default is ANY.
M:<max merge level>. File inclusions are listed to a merge
level up to 9. Default is 9.

  - INCLUSIONS counts the number of files scanned,
the number of code file and library file inclusions,
the number of files not found and the number of
invalid file names. Also counted is the number of file
     merging level limit violation attempts.

  - INCLUSIONS also counts the total number of lines
in the sources. NOT counted are :
       Code inclusions (obviously) and
       Library inclusions
