          The program is an interactive utility program, which
          is intended to give the user information about the
          use of other utility programs. The information given
          corresponds to the information in the UTILITY GUIDE
          HANDBOOK.

          Use of HELP:

          SYNTAX:
                    HELP

          COMMANDS:
                    L          List all existing utility names.
                    /<utility> Display first level of descrip-
                               tion for specified <utility>.
                    Q          Quit.
                    ?          Explanation of commands.

                    When a utility has been specified the follow-
                    ing commands are available too:

                    P          Display PARAMETER DESCRIPTION
                               for <utility>.
                    D          Display DOCUMENTATION for
                               <utility>.
                    G          Display GENERAL SYNTAX rules.
                    +          Continue current description.
