A programming service will be provided commencing with
the PSA of the first site. The purpose of this function
will be to diagnose and correct faults in the S/W if
such should ocur after the installation. This service
will also be in charge of the maintenance of S/W documentation.
Upon request, this service will provide assistance
and expertise for implementation of changes and S/W
modifications. Requests must be authoized, issued,
and produced centrally (at SHAPE), and will be erformed
at additional costs
