Note: This telex replaces cps/101/tlx/0318 and CPS/101/TLX/0321.
1. CR hereby forward a quotation on a remote OCR connection
as required in the remote terminal contract appendix
C para. 3.
2. It shall be noted that site 9, 10, 13, 14, 15 are
quoted as an option.
3. As stated in pmom 7, appendix a, an additional
rack (rack i) is required at site 4 (proto) if
all 5 remote sites shall be supported. This is
not possible within the present allocated space
at proto. Therefore, this proposal concerns ocr-ltuxs
for 22 remote sites, excluding 1 remote site connected
to proto.
We will be happy to quote the expansion for the last
remote site, when a concept for providing the required
space has been established.
4. In order to support an ocr at remote sites (as
specified below) the following equipment is needed:

f) Spares
CR has figured that spares are covered by
the current population of spares
5. CR has several times pointed out that memory is
being overloaded by the extra channels, which has
been added to the system little by little. It
is now necessary to add one more 128K memory module
per processor unit to the sites.
Due to the standardization of software two memory modules
are needed at all sites in addition to the existing
memory.

The quotation for site 14 and 15 is open until 1 july,
1982. If LOI can not be settled before this date CR
will prefer to postpone the installation of the remote
terminal OCR connection at site 14 and 15 until after
the SPA. CR is willing to quote this, if SHAPE forwards
a RFQ.
c.total price site 10: dkr. 57,416. The quotation
for site 10 is open until 1 October,1982.
d.Total price site 9:dkr. 59,086. The quotation for
site 9 is open until 1 January,1983.
e.Total price site 10: dkr. 56,859. The quotaion for
site 10 is open until 1 September, 1982.
