1.Introduction
--------------
As requested by SHAPE, Christian Rovsing A/S, hereby
submit a Firm Fixed Proposal for 2 equipped Remote Tare
Racks to be placed:
a) 1 remote tare rack at kolsaas tare site 8
b) 1 remote tare rack at reitan tare site 9
The camps system at sonor is already connected to a
tare rack at sonor. the remote tare racks at kolsaas
and reitan connect sonor camps to the kolsaas tare
and the reitan tare.

The proposed remote tare racks are designed in accordance

a) CPS/SDS/001 (CAMPS system design spec),section 5.5.5.4
(introduced by ECO 15)
b) CPS/SDS/043 (Remote Tare Hardware Assembly Breakdown/Hardware
Tree)
c) CPS/210/SYS/1001 (CAMPS SRS) section 3.4.1.10.6.

3.schedule impact
-----------------
The current installation plan (ref: CPS/TCN/026: installation
sequence and site numbering) tells that the remote
tare racks are installed as follows:
a) kolsaas remote site together with sonar/site no
15.
b) reitan remote site together with reitan/site no
9.
This proposal has no impact on the installation schedule
as described above.
4. bidding provisions
---------------------
4.1 validity
------------
the cost and schedule impact stated in 2 and 3 above
are under assumptions that the order is given to cr
no later than 15/7-82.
4.2 delivery
------------
the delivery of documentation, the fabrication and
the installation will take place for Kolsaas together
with sonor camps, site 15, for reitan together with
reitan camps, site 9.
4.3 acceptance criteria
-----------------------
the change has no impact on the present acceptance
base line. it shall be noted that the total current
connectivity has been increased by 8.
4.4 type of proposal

firm fixed price proposal
4.5 payment plan
----------------
30 percent at approval of proposal
70 percent of oem equipment by issue of certificate
of conformance
60 percent of cr equipment at factory acceptance
10 percent of cr equipment at site accetpance.
Of the quoted price d.kr 57.072 represent cost incurred
in us dlrs, therefore d.kr 34.243 will be payable in
us dlrs. applying to the exchange rate 8.32.
