2.2      T̲D̲S̲ ̲I̲N̲P̲U̲T̲

         The TDS shall log and store all CAMPS output.  Each
         transaction shall be logged, stored, and time-tagged
         separately containing channel identification.

3.1      T̲D̲S̲ ̲C̲O̲N̲N̲E̲C̲T̲I̲V̲I̲T̲Y̲

         VDU/Printer:  36 channels of 1200 baud async/V24
         Teletype:     24 channels of  110 baud async/V24
         NICS-TARE:     4 channels of 2400 baud  sync/V24
         CCIS/SCARS:    2 channels of 9600 baud  sync/V2



3.2      T̲D̲S̲ ̲O̲U̲T̲P̲U̲T̲

         For external channels, the peak load is:

         NICS/TARE                         500 chars/sec.
         TRC, P-t-P                        160 chars/sec.
         CCIS                              240 chars/sec.
         SCARS II                        ̲ ̲ ̲4̲0̲ ̲c̲h̲a̲r̲s̲/̲s̲e̲c̲.̲
                                          1140 chars/sec.  
         

         From the terminal connecting channels, the peak load
         is 200 chars/sec.  The total peak load is thus:

                                          1340 chars/sec.

         The TDS shall provide faclities for individual channel
         load adjustment in the range from 0.1-1 Erlang.
