To give the MDCO user the most valuable message information,
and to establish a common VDU concept for the MDCO
position and the user positions. It shall be recommended
to display the messages in the internal message format,
instead of ACP 127 format, at the MDCO position.
For incoming messages the display format will be E1,
and for outgoing messages sent for local distribution
the display format will be E2.
The requirement in the CPS/210/SYS/0001 section 3.2.4.3.1
shall then be changed to the following:
Messages are displayed at the message distribution
position in message format E1 for incoming messages
and message format E2 for outgoing messages.
