1.1 P̲U̲R̲P̲O̲S̲E̲
The purpose of this document is to describe the result
of the SITE 10 Factory Acceptance Test, which took
place at the Christian Rovsing facilities in the period
831103 to 831104.

2.1 C̲O̲N̲T̲R̲A̲C̲T̲U̲A̲L̲ ̲R̲E̲F̲E̲R̲E̲N̲C̲E̲S̲
In the period of November 3 and 4 1983, the Site 10
Hardware Acceptance Test was completed successfully.
The test is specified in the CAMPS contract special
provisions paragraph 17.4 and the CAMPS contract appendix
B paragraph 5-7.5 (Factory Acceptance Test). The activity
is found on the master schedule as WBS 5.12.4 (H/W).
2.2 T̲E̲S̲T̲ ̲B̲A̲S̲E̲L̲I̲N̲E̲
The Factory Acceptance Test Report (this document)
is divided into 6 sections:

3. T̲E̲S̲T̲ ̲G̲R̲O̲U̲N̲D̲R̲U̲L̲E̲S̲
The Site 10 FAT was based on the sequences of tests
described in the test procedures in the document "Factory
Acceptance Test Specification and Procedures, Site
10". CPS/TPR/040, issue 1.
During the tests, the result of the test was noted
in the test procedures and the testlog. If any comments
were necessary, these were noted in the test procedure
and testlog as well.
If a problem was encountered during the test, the problem
was either categorized as a discrepancy or a defect.
By a discrepancy is ment a mutually agreed issue showing
an agreed date for clearance of the issue. By a defect
is ment a problem which prevented the acceptance of
the test.
Also problems encountered during the test were divided
into two other categories:
o Board failures
o System level failures
Board failures were corrected immediately by replacement
of the board. System level failures were corrected
after the first test was completed and a retest was
performed.
