1̲ ̲ ̲S̲C̲O̲P̲E̲ ̲A̲N̲D̲ ̲P̲U̲R̲P̲O̲S̲E̲
This plan outlines the various tasks to be accomplished
concerning site preparation and installation. It describes
how CR intends to manage and perform te job and outlines
the responsibilities of CR and SHAPE/host nation concerning
installation. Milestones of the site implementation
schedule have been identified and an analysis of the
site installation task is performed.
2̲ ̲ ̲O̲R̲G̲A̲N̲I̲Z̲A̲T̲I̲O̲N̲
2.1 I̲N̲S̲T̲A̲L̲L̲A̲T̲I̲O̲N̲ ̲S̲E̲C̲T̲I̲O̲N̲
a) The Installation Section is the section within
the Logistic Department responsible for CAMPS site
preparation and installation. The Installation
Section Manager will report directly to the Logistic
Department Manage. The Logistic Department Manager
will coordinate the Installation Section activities
with the CAMPS Project Office. See Figure 2.1.
b) The Installation Section is responsible for the
interface between PAB and the CAMPS Site Installation
Subsecion.
2.1.1 C̲A̲M̲P̲S̲ ̲S̲i̲t̲e̲ ̲P̲r̲e̲p̲a̲r̲a̲t̲i̲o̲n̲
a) The Systems Division has contracted with a Norwegian
company, Ingeni]r P.A. Bakkejord A/S (PAB) to perform
the following tasks on the CAMPS progra:
1. Perform Site Survey
2. Prepare Site Civil Works Requirements
3. Prepare As-To-Be-Built Drawings
4. Perform Site Verification
5. Prepare As-Built Drawings
b) PAB is the contractor representative for CR and
should be treated as suchby SHAPE when performing
the above tasks. CR will maintain overall responsibility
for completion of these tasks and will review PAB's
work prior to its submission to SHAPE.
PAB will perform the work under supervision and
control of the installaion section.
c) Communication between PAB-CR-SHAPE will be as follows:
1) PAB will transmit all documentation and correspondance
intended for SHAPE to CR for approval. CR
will, by return telex, issue approval to PAB.
PAB will then transmit dcumentation or correspondace
to SHAPE.
2) SHAPE will transmit documentation and correspondance
to CR. Only if CR explicitly express so SHAPE
will transmit to PAB directly.
