The purpose of the site inspection is to verify if
the site is ready for installation of the PC equipment.

Section 1 provide a brief description of the site verification
procedure.
Section 2, summarized from section 3 and section 4
at the end of the inspection, is the formal SITE VERIFICATION
REPORT as issued at the site.
Section 3 is a guidance or procedure/checklist for
the inspection team in performing the verification
effort. The findings/action items of the verification
is to be summarized in section 2.
Section 4 contains appendices prepared at the inspection
to support the findings of section 3.

The documment is the basic requirements document
for the site preparation works.
The document also includes information of how all
the major assemblies of the PC equipment are to
be physically installed and electrically integrated
by the PC contractor at the site.
1.4 S̲I̲T̲E̲ ̲V̲E̲R̲I̲F̲I̲C̲A̲T̲I̲O̲N̲ ̲P̲R̲O̲C̲E̲D̲U̲R̲E̲
The site verification inspection is intended to be
a technically oriented inspection, whose basic aim
is the evaluation of the works implemented by the Host
Nation in relation to the stated requirements. The
inspection will verify if the site is ready for PC
equipment installation.
Requirements for the Host Nation preparation works
are stated in the above referenced document, which
will be used for the verification proceedings.
The pages of section 3 follows the format of the ATBB
document.
Each main item (ref table of contents) contains:
- Reference to applicable part of reference document.
- A verification checklist.
Applicable remarks to the different checks shall be
noted in the item page or as separate appendices (section
4) if more space is required.
When section 3 and section 4 are completed, the applicable
remarks shall be summarized in section 2 being the
formal Site Verification Report.
