P̲u̲r̲p̲o̲s̲e̲:̲
The purpose with this document is to set up a standard
for the symbols used on schedules.
1. S̲y̲m̲b̲o̲l̲s̲ ̲u̲s̲e̲d̲ ̲o̲n̲ ̲s̲c̲h̲e̲d̲u̲l̲e̲s̲
Please keep to the following rules by sketching the
schedules.
1) Use one of the forms as attached. They shall be
available at the project secretariat.
2) Column 1 shall be the activity number.
3) Column 3 shall be the official line item number
or a part of that.
4) The uppermost narrow line shall be used in a follow-up
on the actual date.
5) The column "Remarks" may be used to indicate the
person or organization responsible for the activity.
6) Use the following symbols:
Original or contractual agreed schedule
Event completed on original schedule
Event completed ahead of original schedule
Event first reschedule not agreed
Event completed on first reschedule
Event completed on second not agreed reschedule
Time span action
Progress along time span
Continuous action
Milestone changed/added/deleted since last report
Rescheduled time span action.
