Detailed Assessment of SW Status.
Ref 7): MOM 30, item 6 dated 830131 and PMOM 15 item
7, dated 830301. Rescheduling of training courses.
In order to reflect the activities completed between
830527 and 830725 and the schedule corrections given
in the referenced documents the following updates are
made:
L̲I̲ ̲1̲ ̲P̲r̲o̲g̲r̲a̲m̲ ̲M̲a̲n̲a̲g̲e̲m̲e̲n̲t̲
- LI 1.1.5 Progress Reports and Progress Meetings
are completed
and 1.1.6 from May to July.
L̲I̲ ̲2̲ ̲S̲y̲s̲t̲e̲m̲ ̲E̲n̲g̲i̲n̲e̲e̲r̲i̲n̲g̲
- LI 2.1 and Update issues of baseline documents
have been added
2.2 to the Master Schedule.
L̲I̲ ̲4̲ ̲S̲o̲f̲t̲w̲a̲r̲e̲ ̲D̲e̲v̲e̲l̲o̲p̲m̲e̲n̲t̲
- LI 4.3.7 Users Manual - final version will be
delivered when the application SW is
completed and can be used for verification
of the text by practical excercises.
Rescheduled in accordance with SW Rescheduling.
- LI 4.4: Application SW Package Development.
The packages Logging and Camps System
Functions have been completed in July
83. The remaining packages will be
completed August 83.
- LI 4.6.6 Application SW test and integration.
Build 3 is &
4.6.7 rescheduled
in
accordance
with
ref
6),
for
completion
in
September
83.
- LI 5.4.6 240 hours Software Test is rescheduled
in accordance with ref 6). It means
start 1st September 83 and completion
14th December, 83 at the latest.
L̲I̲ ̲5̲.̲F̲a̲b̲r̲i̲c̲a̲t̲i̲o̲n̲,̲ ̲I̲n̲t̲e̲g̲r̲a̲t̲i̲o̲n̲ ̲a̲n̲d̲ ̲T̲e̲s̲t̲.̲
- LI 5.16 FAT at site 12 completed in July 83.
- LI 5.3 - FAT at sites 3,13,10,16,7, 9, 4 and
11
5.19 have been rescheduled from one to two months
in accordance with ref 5). The rescheduling
will not effect the installation schedule.
L̲I̲ ̲6̲ ̲S̲i̲t̲e̲ ̲P̲r̲e̲p̲a̲r̲a̲t̲i̲o̲n̲ ̲a̲n̲d̲ ̲I̲n̲s̲t̲a̲l̲l̲a̲t̲i̲o̲n̲
- LI 6.5 ATBB drawings for sites 3, 4, 11, 9 have
been delivered to and approved by SHAPE.
- LI 6.6 Site Verifications of Site 15 and 3 have
been completed successfully.
Site Verification Inspection Schedule has been
corrected in accordance with ref 1) for the
remaining sites.
- LI 6.8 Site 6 Installation has started in June
83.
- LI 6.9- Site Installation dates have been corrected
in
6.22 accordance with ref 3) and ref 4). The
completion date of the last site remains
unchanged.
The rescheduling of installation is an attempt
to avoid that sites are non-operational sites
during a long period.
L̲I̲ ̲7̲ ̲S̲i̲t̲e̲ ̲A̲c̲c̲e̲p̲t̲a̲n̲c̲e̲
- LI 7.1 Functional and Operational Test has been rescheduled
to take place 5 months later in accordance
with ref 6).
- LI 7.2 - Site Provisional Acceptance has been rescheduled
in
7.16 accordance with ref 2). The aim is that
three independent teams are to perform
the spa' tests.
The last spa date remains unchanged.
L̲I̲ ̲8̲ ̲L̲o̲g̲i̲s̲t̲i̲c̲s̲ ̲S̲u̲p̲p̲o̲r̲t̲
- LI 8.1 SW Warranty period is corrected in
accordance with the SPA1-date.
- LI 8.2.5 First RST - course has been completed.
The remaining courses have been corrected
in accordance with ref 7).
- LI 8.4.6 & Spare Parts and as-built documentation
will be
9.3 delivered together with CAMPS-systems to
the sites at SPA.
