Order Agreement
between SD/CAMPS and
EDB/PRODI-1 820604.
1. This order from CR Systems division to CREDB/PRODI-1
specifies the terms and conditions for development
and use of the COSMAC (CONFIGURATION AND STOCK MANAGEMENT
AND CONTROL) system.
2. Specification of COSMAC.
The system is specified in the document COSMAC, ISSUE
1, appended as appendix 3 to this agreement.
Two phases are foreseen in development of COSMAC as
shown in the development schedule, Appendix 2 to this
document:
Phase 1: Bring up the basic functions.
Phase 2: Expand the system with appropriate facilities
(e.g. special list printouts, data protection).
The complete scope of phase 2 is scheduled to be baselined
in August, l982 (Schedule, Activity 2.1).
3. Price Baseline.
3.1 Payment is on time and material basis in accordance
with the pricelists referenced below (see appendix
1 to this agreement).
The schedule (Appendix 2) includes man-hour estimates.
3.2 Design.
Applicable price:

All prices in 3.2-3.5 above shall be reduced with
20 percent discount.
