In case of repetitive failures it may indicate weaknesses in the construction of
the item or parts of bad qality have been used.
Occurence of repetitive failures require a detailed investigation of the test item
to highlight the causability and to estimate possible consequencies concerning the
adoption of the failure rate distribution.
7.4.10 R̲e̲p̲a̲i̲
A detailed specification contained in the eliability test plan shall indicate the
instructions for replacement during repair of test items i.e. the level of modules
or parts on which repair or replacement is allowed during the test period.
