         This testgroup will give a verification of the following
         functions:

         a)  ACP127 Conversion
             1)  Conversion of Operational Mesages with Plain

             2)  Conversion of Service Messages
             3)  Conversion of Complete Messages

         b)  Transmission
             1)  Channel Selection and Identification
             2)  Procedures Related to Premature Termination
                 of a Transmission
             3)  Procedures Related to he ZEN Prosigns
             4)  Procedures Related to FLASH Receipt

         c)  Message Reception Procedures
         d)  ACP127 Analysis
             1)  Format Line Detection
             2)  Selection of Parameter
             3)  Determination of Message Type

         e)  Message Distribution
             1)  Automatic Distriution
             2)  Distribution of Service Messages
             3)  Handling of Codress/Plaindress Encrypted Messages
             4)  Handling of Data Messages
             5)  Handling of CLEAR Messages

         f)  Procedures Related to Receipt of FLASH messages



3.3.2    T̲e̲s̲t̲ ̲C̲o̲n̲t̲r̲o̲l̲

         Exercise f the contained functions will be controlled
         by manual operation and message reception.




3.3.2.1  I̲n̲p̲u̲t̲ ̲D̲a̲t̲a̲

         The functions will be exercised with two sets of input
         data:

         a)  a set of outgoing messages prepared and entried
             by manual user operation.

         b)  a set of incomng messages entried through the external
             channel interfaces.



3.3.2.2  I̲n̲p̲u̲t̲ ̲C̲o̲m̲m̲a̲n̲d̲s̲

         Commands related to user operations are described in
         CPS/230/ICD/0001.

         Commands related to supervisory functions are described
         in CPS/230/ICD/0002.



3.3.2.   O̲u̲t̲p̲u̲t̲ ̲D̲a̲t̲a̲

         Output data from functions related to outgoing messages
         will:

         a)  after release be distributed locally.

         b)  after ACP127 conversion be stored in CAMPS' HDB

         c)  after ACP127 conversion be transmitted on the on
             the external channel etermined by the message -
             contained RI

         Test execution and evaluation the external channels
         shall be operated locally.

         Output data from functions related to incoming messages
         will:

         c)  after ACP127 analysis be stored in CAMPS' HDB.

         d)  after CP127 analysis be distributed on internal

         All system responses shall be in accordance with CPS/230/ICD/0001-2.
         Any system output not in accordance with these documents
         will be due to departurefrom the specified system functions.
