Using the "CAMPS HARDWARE Production Plan", BHB's internal
memo (15/6 1981): "CAMPS Test Development and Training
Systems", and DL's (26/8-1981) "CRT Preliminary Integration
Plan", an area utilization plan has been set up for
2nd and 3rd floor in RO III, covering 1981 and 1982.
This issue has been corrected using the information
obtained during the internal review 18.9.81.
The new plan is attached.
C̲o̲m̲m̲e̲n̲t̲s̲
A̲p̲p̲ ̲1̲:̲
The number of persons in each office (employed October
1981) has been written on the plan.
The corridor has been divided into 8 SW development
areas. Each area will be enclosed by a wall, if noisy
equipment is used.
A̲p̲p̲.̲ ̲2̲:̲
The number of persons in each office (per 7/9 1981)
has been written on the plan.
The technicians have been moved from the integration
area to one of the offices.
In the corridor 2 areas (SYS 1, 2) have been made.
The integration area has been divided into 6 areas.
The 3 areas (C, D, E) can be used in high temperature
testing. The layout of one of these areas is attached
(app. 7). One area is used as repair area. The layout
of this area, is attached (app. 8).
A̲p̲p̲.̲ ̲3̲:̲
The idea is to make the mechanical assembly of the
two CAMPS systems in section A and the integration
of those in sections E and D.
The FIKS stays in section B until December 1.
The CRT occupies section C all the time, and also the
rest of the un-occupied sections.
In the time period, October 15 to December 1, CRT is
missing one section. The problem is solved, if some
of the CRT integration is moved to 3. floor, SWD Area
O. The dyelineprint is moved to area 2 in that time
period.
The CR80-SYS today located in the integration area
has to be moved to the corridor (SYS 1). The terminals
to that computer stay in the corridor or will be moved
to the offices.
A̲p̲p̲.̲ ̲4̲:̲
The "Production Plan" sheet C2 has been changed in
the following points:
- Section A has been kept un-occupied January 1 to
September 1 (82).
- Section C and E have been interchanged to match
the CRT plan.
The corridor (SYS 2) has to be used as integration
area for the SYS department from May 82. (HAWK and
1 RAQ).
A̲p̲p̲.̲ ̲5̲:̲
The SW Development area 1 contains the CR80S system
to be used in the Swell course September 1981. The
80S includes 1 rack, 1 disc, 1 printer, 7 VDUs. Later
on it will be used for editing and SW development.
May 82 it will be used as TDS for SYS 0.
Application SW development will be carried out on Development
system 2 and 3 (80D), located in area SWD3 and 4.
A̲p̲p̲.̲ ̲6̲:̲
In February 82 the DSMT system is delivered from ED.
The training system will be used for SW Development,
COMSEC Test and Training.
In the time period May 82 - Nov. 82 system 2 will be
used for SW-development. It will be placed in area
SWD O and and SWD 1, together with the dyelineprint
equipment.
