         Christian Rovsing A/S will perform the following work
         tasks as part of the DISCON project. The tasks are
         ordered in accordance with the CISCO statement of work.

         The program plan is split up in subsection:

             CISCO SOW Task 1. Understood and agreed. Program
             and technical Management will be the responsibility
             of the Christian Rovsing A/S DISCON Program Manager.

         Christian Rovsing A/S understand the task as being:

         1.  Fabrication and Testing of unmodified CR80 modules
             in accordance with the list of Off-the-Shelf equipment
             (CISCO SPEC 3951.V01 Section 4.2). The fabrication
             and test will be performed in accordance with the
             method presently being used and approved by NATO
             for the CAMPS programme. The delivered documentation
             will be the existing module specifications, drawings
             etc. (As applicable to the CAMPS Contract).

         2.  Design, Development, Fabrication and Testing of
             modified CR80 codules as specified in CISCO SPEC
             3951.V01 Section 4.3. The Design, Development and
             first Article Test will be performed in accordance
             with the standards used for Design, Development
             and Test of the appropriate unmodified CR80 module.
             The documentation will be an updated version of
             the original documentation using the same standards.

         Fabrication and Test will be as described in 1. above.

         3.  Compliance statement with CISCO SOW Task 2.

         2.0 T̲a̲s̲k̲ ̲R̲e̲q̲u̲i̲r̲e̲m̲e̲n̲t̲

             The term specification means the CISCO specification
             updated with Christian Rovsing A/S ' compliance
             statement (Part 1 of the technical Specification
             and the Statements with this SOW





         2.1 S̲o̲f̲t̲w̲a̲r̲e̲/̲F̲i̲r̲m̲w̲a̲r̲e̲

             Understood and Agreed with the follwoing proviso:
             

             1.  The tasks only refer to module intergration
                 and text.

             2.  The operational software/firmware is understood
                 to be all the software/firmware normally embedded
                 in the module PROMS or to be down line loaded
                 from the system.

             3.  The Off-Line Software to support the module
                 level Software/firmware development is considered
                 a Christian Rovsing A/S in -house facility
                 and is not a deliverable item.

                     as agreed for the NATO CAMPS Project. Christian
                     Rovsing A/S will be pleased to make a quote
                     for supplying documentation in other standards.

                 c)  Christian Rovsing A/S does not presently
                     follow the MIL-D-1000A level 3 standard,
                     the AFAD 72-700 standard, the MIL-STD-100B
                     standard.

         Adaption to these standards are considered outside
         the scope of this procurement.

             AQAP 1  Allied Quality Assurance Program for development
                     and manufacturing of harware is used (
                     instead of MIL-Q-9858A and AS 1821-1975)

             The QA function in Christian Rovsing A/S is performed
             by a Corporate level QA group that controls hardware
             development and manufacturing as well as project
             implementation activities. The QA manager reports
             directly to senior corporate management.

         The module test will be performed using standard Christian
         Rovsing A/S (CAMPS approved) module level test procedures
         (in-circuit testing, funtional testing, etc.)

         Partly compliant.

         Modules on the CISCO "Off-the -Shelf-List" have been
         approved by NATO on the CAMPS project to have passed
         the first article qualification. These tests have been
         partly analyses, comparison with like equipment and
         actual tests. It is assumed as baseline for costing
         that no further qualification testing on the Off-the-Shelf
         equipment is required.

         If the buyer elects to perform testing then this effort
         will be charged separately.

         Modules on the modified equipment list will be tested
         at Christian Rovsing A/S in accordance with standard
         CAMPS approved in house practices (functional, in-circuit
         test, temperature/humidity tests).

         At system level the full CAMPS configuration inclusive
         disc drives and terminals have been subjected to a
         prolonged test at 40 degrees Celcius (for more than
         48 hours).

         LTU software is written in Z80 assembly language. This
         can be compiled on a PDP11/34 (with a Boston System
         Office package (BSO) under RSX 11 M). The output is
         in INTEL HEX-format and this output is transmitted
         to the cr80 via a serial V24 commucication link. The
         HEX code is stored on a diskfile in the CR80 for subsequent
         load into the LTUs. The BSO PACKAGE INCLUDE THE Z80
         compiler, and editor, and a simulator for debugging
         and test of the code.

         Any other system that can compile Z80 assembler and
         produce Intel HEX code can be used (Intel.-, Zylog-,
         or Textronix Development System).
