1.1 S̲C̲O̲P̲E̲
This training program plan gives a management overview
of how the LKSAA training is planned, developed, and
conducted. The plan describes each course with respect
to contents, schedule, and objectives.
The plan will be a first-hand assessment of the approach
taken by the contractor to the LKSAA training.
1.2 I̲N̲T̲R̲O̲D̲U̲C̲T̲I̲O̲N̲
This plan contains an overview of the LKSAA training
management, how the courses are interrelated and how
the requirements connected to each course will be incorporated.
Each course is outlined and the facilities and equipment
to be used are indicated.

2.1 O̲R̲G̲A̲N̲I̲Z̲A̲T̲I̲O̲N̲
The LKSAA training is planned, developed, and conducted
by the Integrated Logistics and Support Department
- ILS. The ILS is responsible for installation, maintenance,
training/handbooks, and S/W support. Each of the four
sections is headed by a manager (see Figure 2.1-1).
The manager in charge of the training and handbooks
section is responsible for the planning of the courses
and the final outcome of guides and manuals, and technical
writers and instructors will develop and implement
the plans.
As training and end-user documentation is planned in
the same section, the documentation can be formed as
a solid basis for the training courses.

3.1 I̲N̲T̲R̲O̲D̲U̲C̲T̲I̲O̲N̲
A set of requirements is attached to each course, and
this section outlines how they are implemented. To
define the interrelationship between the courses, the
functional job responsibilities are cross referenced
to the courses.

3.2.1 T̲h̲e̲ ̲T̲r̲a̲i̲n̲i̲n̲g̲ ̲M̲a̲t̲e̲r̲i̲a̲l̲
To get an overview of the course documents and the
training material, please refer to Figure 3.2-1

3.2.1.1 C̲o̲u̲r̲s̲e̲ ̲O̲b̲j̲e̲c̲t̲i̲v̲e̲s̲
The main course objectives for each course is described
later in this program plan.
3.2.1.2 I̲n̲s̲t̲r̲u̲c̲t̲o̲r̲'̲s̲ ̲M̲a̲n̲u̲a̲l̲
This manual contains:
a) The Instructor's Guide Sheets and the Lesson Plans.
b) A copy of all the reference material (Student Hand-outs)
3.2.1.3 I̲n̲s̲t̲r̲u̲c̲t̲o̲r̲'̲s̲ ̲G̲u̲i̲d̲e̲ ̲S̲h̲e̲e̲t̲
To establish the outcome of a lesson (or possibly a
set of lessons), the Instructor's Guide Sheet (see
Figure 3.2.1.3) specifies the planned outcome of the
lessons, the training method which could be used, as
well as aids and references, enabling collection of
necessary items before the lesson is held. This sheet
is the baseline of the Lesson Plan(s).
Figure 3.2.1.3…01…Layout of the Instructor's Guide Sheet
3.2.1.4 T̲h̲e̲ ̲L̲e̲s̲s̲o̲n̲ ̲P̲l̲a̲n̲
All the lesson plans of a course (see Figure 3.2.1.4)
form together with the instructor's guide sheets the
guide to the instruction of the class.
The lesson plan defines the main points of the instruction
by key words. The method of the instruction is marked,
and the appropriate references to manuals, aids, tests,
slides, and other material are noted. The lesson plan,
thereby, specifies all planned events during the lesson.
3.2.1.5 S̲t̲u̲d̲e̲n̲t̲ ̲M̲a̲t̲e̲r̲i̲a̲l̲
A set of student material is collected with the lesson
plans, and a copy is included in the instructor's manual
for each course.
3.2.2 L̲a̲n̲g̲u̲a̲g̲e̲
All courses will be conducted in the German language.
