3.5.1 A̲C̲P̲ ̲1̲2̲7̲
This format line is composed as follows:
a) A(sp): Precedence for ACTION addressees, or for
ACTON and INFORMATION addressees if element (b)
is not present. "A" can be any of the values listed
in section 3.2.1 (a).
b) B(sp): Precedence for INFORMATION addressees,
present only if different from that specified for
ACTION addressees. "B" ca be any of the values
listed in section 3.2.1. (a).
c) (FS)DDHHMM(LS)Z(sp)MMM: A six numeric character
group representing the date and time of release
of the message (GMT) followed by the zone suffix
and the first three alphabetic characters of he
month.
d) (sp)Operating signals.
e) EOLF
3.5.2 A̲l̲t̲e̲r̲n̲a̲t̲i̲v̲e̲s̲
ACP 127: No provision for indicating the year.
Alternative: Automatic insertion of two figures indicating
the year, after the month. Means shall
be provided for easily reseting the two
figure number.
ACP 127: Zone time as specified in section 3.5.1(c).
Alternative: Simple means to be provided to permit
other zone time indicator letters to be
used.
