Internal Order Agreement
for CAMPS-spares
between SD and PD
1) This internal order agreement defines equipment, services
and associated terms for PD's delivery of CAMPS CR80D
hardware spareparts to the System Division in the years
1982 and 1983.
The basis for the agreement is standard terms and conditions
for internal sales of CR80M standard modules from the
Production Division as stated in the "Internal Price-List"
(IPL 82/4).
The following exceptions to IPL 82/4 apply:
2) a) This quotation is firm fixed prices, taken either
from IPL 80/10 or IPL 82/4.
b) Discount percentage 25% for CR80M computers achieved
by the System Division for CAMPS
c) Delivery is starting 3 months from sign of internal
order agreement and has to be completed within
9 months with an equal delivery rate over the period.
d) Amendments to this agreement covering items not
listed in the attached equipment matrix shall be
calculated to Internal Pricelist actual at order
date.
3) Detailed item by item list of prices and modules covered
by this order included overleaf.
4) P̲a̲y̲m̲e̲n̲t̲ ̲S̲c̲h̲e̲d̲u̲l̲e̲
On delivery to SD 100%
5) T̲e̲c̲h̲n̲i̲c̲a̲l̲ ̲R̲e̲q̲u̲i̲r̲e̲m̲e̲n̲t̲s̲
a) The spares shall comply with the requirements in
the main contract (OED-SD/801218).
b) The warranty shall be valid for one year after
delivery.
c) All modifications (ECO) existing and QA approved
at the time of delivery shall be implemented on
all spareparts before delivery to SD.
d) Modification instructions including kits, if applicable,
must be supplied for all spares delivered to SD
for as long as the corresponding product exists
in the supplier's product line. During the warrenty
period this is supplied at no cost.
e) Spare modules must be functionally identical to
the corresponding modules delivered under the main
contract.
f) Each item shall be packed with only one item/part
in each sub-packing and marked with part No., serial
No., and description.
g) Modules shall be packed in antistatic plastic bags
with one module only in a reusable packing and
marked with part No., serial No., and description.
h) All items shall be tested at a crate level.
Price 10% of total price including discount.
6) O̲p̲t̲i̲o̲n̲s̲
Within 1 month PD shall quote a firm, fixed price for
512K RAM modules.
