         The START-USER command is used:

         -               after sign-on
         -               after select of functional capabilities

         Th STOP-USER command is used:

         -               after sign-off

         The BLOCK-TERM command is used:

         -               after a blocking of a terminal.

         The VDU closedown sequence is similar to the Non VDU

         command is replaced by a display in the system line
