This
chapter
describes
the
requisites
and
tools
used
for
change
of
configurations.
3.1 C̲h̲a̲n̲g̲e̲
̲P̲r̲o̲p̲o̲s̲a̲l̲s̲
Any
Staff
number
may
propose
changes
to
coniguration
items.
Likewise
proposals
may
origin
at
the
user/customer.
The
obtain
serious
consideration
any
proposal
for
a
change
to
configuration
items
must
be
written
on
or
accompamied
by
the
the
appropriate
change
request
form.
Those
are:
- SC Software
change
request
form
- HRC Hardware
change
request
form
- DCR Document
change
request
form
(see
standards
TBD).
The
change
request
should
be
sent
to
the
book
captain
or
team
leader
responsible
for
the
configuration
item
in
questio.
