into four chapters and three annexes. The objectives
for each chapter andeach annex are presented in

Chapter 3 shall contain a description of how to generate
a new database on a local site and identify possible

to a site. The various steps in the process shall
be illustrated and described.
c) Section 4.3 shall describe how databases generated
at the ISSC may be distribued to the sites (transfer
media etc.) and installed.
