1. H̲a̲r̲d̲w̲a̲r̲e̲ ̲D̲e̲l̲i̲v̲e̲r̲y̲
CHRISTIAN ROVSING stated that in accordance with the
Contract special clauses 14.5 and 17.3 Hardware could
be delivered to the sites prior to completion of the
240 Hrs. In-Plant software verification.
2. R̲e̲m̲o̲t̲e̲ ̲T̲e̲r̲m̲i̲n̲a̲l̲s̲
A revised version of TCN/024 was presented. SHAPE
commented on different aspects outlined in CAMPS Log
No. 166, 239 which were approved for correction by
CR.
- CR confirmed the following approval of this document.
- CR will provide a draft contract amendment including
a CDRL.
- SHAPE confirmed that no independent V24 connections
are needed for the MARARMED/SUBMED site. For this
site there will be one VDU and MSP wired via a
metalic V24/V28 connection.
3. Q̲A̲/̲Q̲C̲ ̲f̲o̲r̲ ̲m̲a̲j̲o̲r̲ ̲s̲u̲b̲c̲o̲n̲t̲r̲a̲c̲t̲
CR inform SHAPE of the fact that a subcontract
exist for the procurement of the tempest Racks,
conclusive negotiations is also presently taking
place. Therefore it is agreed that CR will forward
a letter to SHAPE stating the address, the contract
No., the QA/QC level and authority, and their
willingness to provide the copy of the specification
and contract to the National QA/QC authorities.
SHAPE in his tasking instruction to DCASO shall
specify that the use of DD250 is requested for
each lot of equipment.
4. P̲l̲a̲n̲n̲i̲n̲g̲
CR confirmed that a PERT-like activity diagram
would be derived from the Master Schedule to
represent the higher level activities and dependancies.
This activity will be one of the first tasks
for the newly appointed CAMPS Planner (Jan Holm
1.7).
The lower level schedules will be represented
by means of milestone charts and controlled
by means of dependancy/deliverables lists.
5. P̲r̲e̲l̲i̲m̲i̲n̲a̲r̲y̲ ̲D̲e̲s̲i̲g̲n̲ ̲R̲e̲v̲i̲e̲w̲ ̲(̲P̲r̲o̲p̲o̲s̲a̲l̲)̲
The PDR will consist of a series around 10 internal
design reviews.
CR is willing to accept the participation of
SHAPE at CR during these reviews. The reviews
will take place over a period of one month commencing
the 22nd June.
A diagram representing the PDR activity is shown
in fig. 1.
The SHAPE engineers will work in parallel with
the CR internal review team and the SHAPE DN's
will be taken along with the internally generated
DN's at the internal review meeting.
Subsequent to the PDR, a progress meeting will
be held at which the results of the PDR will
be presented.
6. During the first week of June CR will submit
to SHAPE a proposal for the introduction of
formal QA with respect to software.
The proposal will be based on the understanding,
that changes to CR's present procedures should
be kept at a minimum and that full benefit in
terms of cost and schedule should be derived
from the formal QA inspection.
