Det er besluttet, at CR skal give tilbud p> et udviklings-
og produktionsprogram for en multiplexerenhed til HARRIS
Tactical Satellite Terminals Operation (TSTO). Tidligere
korrespondance fremg>r af vedlagte bilag 1.

Tidsplanen for afgivelse af tilbud fremg>r af bilag
2. If]lge aftale mellem AH og HARRIS TSTO skal vi
have f]lgende klar inden d. 18. februar, hvor HARRIS
TSTO afl`gger os et bes]g:
1. Preliminary Technical design (som kan pr`senteres
for HARRIS' tekniske personale).
2. En Not-To-Exceed Price (NTE).
Den tekniske l]sning samt prisen skal tilsammen g]re
CR konkurrencedygtig i forhold til vore konkurrenter,
som har afgivet tilbud til HARRIS.
Den 24. februar afg]res det, om HARRIS f>r hovedkontrakten.
Hvis dette er tilf`ldet, og vi sk]nnes konkurrencedygtige,
vil CR udarbejde selve tilbuddene if]lge planen i bilag
2.
Hvis HARRIS ikke f>r kontrakten, kan vi eventuelt give
tilbud til det firma, som f>r den.

4.1 W̲B̲S̲
OE OE udarbejder en WBS struktur for hver af de 6 discipliner
svarende til volumes I til VI. Denne struktur skal
danne basis for pristilbuddet. De tilbudsansvarlige
kan `ndre i strukturen, s>ledes at den endelige WBS
reflekterer de aktuelle arbejdsopgaver (Work Packages).
Hver WP har 3 elementer:
1. Cost (mandm>neder og omkostninger)
2. Schedule
3. Work Package Description
4.2 N̲T̲E̲ ̲P̲R̲I̲C̲E̲
Baseret p> den endelige WBS udarbejder hver tilbudsansvarlig
en pris opdelt i de elementer, som kr`ves if]lge RFQ.
OE OE vil udarbejde en "pricing structure".
Priselementerne inds`ttes i PROPTOOL systemet.
4.3 T̲i̲l̲b̲u̲d̲ ̲V̲o̲l̲.̲ ̲I̲-̲V̲I̲I̲
Efter de prelimin`re dr]ftelser med HARRIS i februar
besluttes det, om vi skal g> videre og lave selve tilbudsteksten.
Denne skal i s> fald bygges over work package descriptions
lavet tidligere.
