e) The input power switch on each Frequency Stabilizer is set to "OFF"
f) Power Down all connected Terminals i.e. VDUs, MSPs, OC, PTP/PTR, as applicable.
g) Disconnect the OC from the leftmost V24/V28(L/L) adaptor in the Adaptor crateof
rack C, and replace this adaptor with the originally mounted OPTO transceiver.
h) Disconnect the two V24 cables (at the WDP rear crate), remove the short extension
cable and reconnect the two cables to J1 and J3 respectively.
