This is completely dependent of the actual protocol
adapted between each host and the Network. The HAS
will handle on presetation layer a conversion between
the protocol elements actually used by the host and
the virtual protocol used on the network.
A session control application in the host may handle
the establishment of sessions between Applications
and users.
Eamples of control messages from Standard IBM and UNIVAC
interfaces could be produced, but they would have no
relation to those needed in the actual configuration.
