Subject: Amendment to Christian Rovsing A/S's Letter
of Credit no. 7497

In addition to the letter of credit opened by Christian
Rovsing A/S in favour of Britton Lee inc., the two parties
have agreed on the following.
1. Delivery
-----------
Britton Lee delivers the following:

1 118-0505 software loader/development system
1 118-0512 IDL query language for development system
1 118-0507 rack routing slides
1 118-0504 rs-232 distribution panel
2. Schedule
-----------
The goods will be delivered on march 18, 1983. Britton
Lee's representative mr. Loren Zemenick will make the
initial installation and perform the acceptance procedures.
3. Price
--------
The price for the above mentioned goods are
US $ 82.020
This includes international premium of
US $ 13.670
which covers remote diagnostics using bell 103a compatible
modem and maintenance service during 90 days starting
march 18. 1983.
4. Payment Terms
----------------
The irrevocable letter of credit will be released after
successfull acceptance testing without any unneccessary
delay. The 60 days payment terms stated in the letter
of credit will be shortened significantly only awaiting
successfull acceptance test.
5. Acceptance
-------------
Mr. Loren Zemenick will integrate the IDM with a disk
drive supplied by Christian Rovsing A/S. The software
loader/development system will be used for acceptance
testing. The acceptance criteria will be successful performance
of standard britton-lee factory acceptance test. as of
march 18, 1983 the equipment has been installed and is
operating.
6. Title
--------
Title of the equipment will be transferred to Christian
Rovsing A/S, when the letter of credit has been released
in favour of Britton Lee.
7. Warranty
-----------
Britton Lee will warrent the delivered goods for 90 days
after the title of equipment has been transferred to
Christian Rovsing A/S.
Within warranty, boards will be replaced free of charge
by the most expedient method available at the choice
of britton-lee. This typically covers fast air courier
shipment from stock located at factory.
After warranty period, board repair, and replacement
will be billed at standard britton lee prices (current
price is dllrs 400 per board, this is subject to change
without notice).
8. Spares (option)
------------------
Britton Lee can provide spares in the form of a standard
spare kit. spares kit may be purchased at any time.
9. Maintenance
--------------
during warranty britton-lee will provide telephone/telex
support and software releases fixing bugs.
britton-lee will make best effort to support idm via
bell 103a compatible modem. However, this support is
not guaranteed to be usable in denmark.
britton-lee expects to have ccitt modem support available
within 2 months. However, britton-lee does not guarantee
the existence of this service.
After warranty, maintenance and support will be governed
by optional support contract.
10. Shipping
------------
The equipment has been shipped by Britton Lee. The shipment
will be paid by Christian Rovsing A/S. The equipment
has been received on march 18, 1983 at Christian Rovsing
A/S, Ballerup, Denmark.
