In the foreign services, the external communication
lines wil be terminated in telex and teletex stations.
The communication protocol used in the Central Communication
System shall adapt to the protocols of this equipment.
In the proposal one protocol is foreseen per type of
line circuit.
The equipment in the foreign services is otherwise
not part of this proposal.
