Recovery times for Recurrent Software Failures will be as for Hardware Failure, because
it is basically the same recovery procedures that are applied

CR can not imagine any transient software failure. All transient failures will be
considered hardware failures. If a software failure appears to have a transient nature,
it will stil have a permanent logic error background.

If in execution of a user initiated transaction transcient
H/W-errors occur in the system, and these errors cannot
be overcome automatically by the system, the use will
be notified within the targetted response time for
the initial transaction.
The terminal will be enabled within 2 seconds of the
abort message.
A retry from the user is requested.

All intermediate data is queued accordng to precedence
levels. That means that flash data is treated with
higher priority than lower precedence level data at
all the intermediated processing stages throughout
the system. No differentiation is made between inward
distribution and outwar transmission.
