         The priority is used to define the amount of trace
         records stored in the trace file attached to the process
         in the following way:

         -   A trace record is only generated if the Globa Priority
             and the process priority of the calling process
             are both smaller than or equal to the Function
             Priority of the called function (A function is
             a unique identification of the called system function,
             the Priority for each function is set at he system
             generation).

         Each process has its own tace file.

         It is checked if the specified process number exists.

         The following error codes are used:

         -   001;    INVALID ENTRY

         -   203;    NOT ALLOWED IN OPERATOR ONLY MODE

         -   216;    ILLEGAL PROCESS ̲NO
