Christian Rovsing A/S is incorporated under the laws
of the Kingdom of Denmark and therefore subject to
the laws of that country. Thus, the US laws quoted
in section K do not directly apply to our company.
Through our participation in the F-16 project and other
US projects we have become familiar with the contractual
and legislative environment of US defence contrats.
We are certainly capable of operating in that environment
and we can comply to the requirements in force although
typically under the corresponding Danish laws.
To the extent required by the Memorandum of Understanding
between our two Governments, Christian Rovsing A/S
will comply under this contract with the requirements
set out in section K.
The below listed paragraphs of section K has been marked
"Not Applicable" (N/A). Except for the specific comments
below this marking has to be seen in the context of
Christian Rovsing A/S not directly being subject to
US law.
