1 L̲O̲G̲G̲I̲N̲G̲ ̲R̲E̲Q̲U̲I̲R̲E̲M̲E̲N̲T̲S̲
CR will correlate the traffic model, the revised logging
records, and the statement in the SDS concerning the
amount of storage required for logging in the light
of changes to the records and the model.
2 S̲I̲T̲E̲ ̲D̲A̲T̲A̲
CR have four of the nine required data item inputs
required for the first site data base.
Analysis has shown that:
1) The data is for 1 HQ only. - SHAPE consists of
more than one HQ/Agency.
2) The SDLs for Peace, Exercise and Crisis should
be stated separately. - The provided data states
only the distribution for peace.
3) No distribution should be entered against the exercise
SICS AEA - AZZ in any standard Distribution List.
4) No distribution should be entered
against the qualifying SICS AAA, ABA,
ACA, ADA since pre-determined action
is taken on recognition of these.
5) Missing at this point in time are
1) Channel designation (c.d.) list
2) AG/AIG tables
3) PLA/RI/CIRCUIT/CHANNEL/CLASS TABLE
4) PLA NO/PLA TABLE
CR indicated an impact on acceptance
test procedures. Also, on receipt
of the full data set alternative data
table design approaches may be evaluated.
Finally the data sets are required
for the preparation of the SPA functional
tests.
SHAPE will attempt to determine a
schedule for the production of this
data for the sites.
3 T̲R̲A̲F̲F̲I̲C̲ ̲H̲A̲N̲D̲L̲I̲N̲G̲ ̲C̲L̲A̲R̲I̲F̲I̲C̲A̲T̲I̲O̲N̲S̲
a) T̲r̲e̲a̲t̲m̲e̲n̲t̲ ̲o̲f̲ ̲O̲u̲t̲g̲o̲i̲n̲g̲ ̲B̲o̲o̲k̲ ̲M̲e̲s̲s̲a̲g̲e̲
The relationship between CAMPS and
the relay network is clarified in
ACP 127 NATO Supp. 3 page 2-5 para
207 c).
1) Addressees of book messages to
whom delivery has been effected
prior to introducing the message
into m̲e̲s̲s̲a̲g̲e̲ ̲r̲e̲l̲a̲y̲ ̲n̲e̲t̲w̲o̲r̲k̲s̲, or
who have been protected by separate
transmission n̲e̲e̲d̲ ̲n̲o̲t̲ ̲b̲e̲ ̲i̲n̲c̲l̲u̲d̲e̲d̲
in the message handling.
2) The operating signal ZEX shall
be inserted in FL5 following the
DTG.
As a result, the proposal to manipulate
the addressees in an outgoing book
message from CAMPS is withdrawn (CN.
18).
b) N̲a̲t̲i̲o̲n̲a̲l̲ ̲E̲y̲e̲s̲ ̲O̲n̲l̲y̲
CN 5 is agreed.
c) R̲o̲u̲t̲i̲n̲g̲ ̲I̲n̲d̲i̲c̲a̲t̲o̲r̲s̲
CN 34 is accepted.
d) M̲e̲s̲s̲a̲g̲e̲ ̲S̲e̲c̲t̲i̲o̲n̲i̲n̲g̲
ICD/0003 should be updated to reflect
the message sectioning requirements.
However, CR stated that the SRS requires
message action description in FL12
c, and design is proceeding assuming
this.
e) M̲u̲l̲t̲i̲p̲l̲e̲ ̲S̲u̲b̲j̲e̲c̲t̲ ̲S̲I̲C̲s̲
The treatment of a message with multiple
subject SICs is contained in CN 35.
f) I̲/̲C̲ ̲M̲e̲s̲s̲a̲g̲e̲ ̲w̲i̲t̲h̲ ̲A̲I̲G̲
CAMPS will compare RIs in FL2 with
the 8 x 24 RIs relevant to the CAMPS
site. If they are all recognised,
the check proceeds to a comparison
of FL 2 with FL 7/8 PLA/RIs and a
comparison that the related PLAs are
also relevant to the CAMPS Site. In
the case of an AIG in FL 7/8 an attempt
will be made to expand it and convert
to PLAs. This set of PLAs is then
searched for a CAMPS relevant PLA.
If the AIG in FL 7/8 cannot be expanded
because it is not known to the CAMPS
site then the message will be considered
misrouted and will be sent to the
MSO.
If any part of the RI comparison checks
fails the message will be sent to
the MSO.
4 D̲E̲S̲I̲G̲N̲
a) D̲a̲t̲a̲ ̲B̲a̲s̲e̲ ̲a̲n̲d̲ ̲I̲n̲t̲e̲r̲f̲a̲c̲e̲ ̲D̲e̲f̲i̲n̲i̲t̲i̲o̲n̲
The internal standards are part complete
for these items.
b) C̲o̲n̲f̲i̲g̲u̲r̲a̲t̲i̲o̲n̲ ̲M̲a̲n̲a̲g̲e̲m̲e̲n̲t̲
Data base items and interface descriptions
will come under C.M. after the PDR.
