3.1 G̲E̲N̲E̲R̲A̲L̲
Unpacking, registration, inspection for shipping damage
and visual inspection of the racks shall be performed
by the ILS - Incoming Inspection Personnel.
3.1.1 R̲e̲g̲i̲s̲t̲r̲a̲t̲i̲o̲n̲
Registration shall be performed in agreement with the
lines laid down in SD/STD/017, Incoming Inspection
Standard and all racks shall be attached with a serial
number.
3.1.2 F̲a̲i̲l̲u̲r̲e̲ ̲R̲e̲p̲o̲r̲t̲i̲n̲g̲
All failures, discrepancies etc. shall be reported
in agreement with the lines laid down in PAD/PRC/002,
Non-conformance Handling.
3.1.3 D̲o̲c̲u̲m̲e̲n̲t̲a̲t̲i̲o̲n̲
3.1.3.1 I̲n̲v̲o̲i̲c̲e̲ ̲a̲n̲d̲ ̲C̲O̲C̲'̲s̲
Invoice and Certificates of Conformance shall be distributed
in copies to the Project Office.
3.2 I̲N̲C̲O̲M̲I̲N̲G̲ ̲I̲N̲S̲P̲E̲C̲T̲I̲O̲N̲ ̲L̲O̲G̲
The Incoming Inspection Log App. A shall be filled
in consistently and carefully during the whole inspection
operation. This log will be an appendix to the concerned
Incoming Inspection Report (IKR).…86…1 …02… …02… …02…

4 I̲N̲S̲P̲E̲C̲T̲I̲O̲N̲ ̲P̲O̲I̲N̲T̲S̲
4.1 G̲E̲N̲E̲R̲A̲L̲
The below mentioned inspections and measurements shall
be performed by the ILS-Incoming Inspection personnel.
4.2 I̲N̲S̲P̲E̲C̲T̲I̲O̲N̲ ̲S̲T̲E̲P̲S̲
S̲T̲E̲P̲ ̲1̲:
Check the received quantity of racks according to para.
1.1.
S̲T̲E̲P̲ ̲2̲:
Check that the mix of rack options is in accordance
with para. 1.1.
S̲T̲E̲P̲ ̲3̲:
Check the function of the handles.
S̲T̲E̲P̲ ̲4̲:
Check the accessory quantity to in accordance with
para. 1.1.1 and check measures on sample-basis.
S̲T̲E̲P̲ ̲5̲:
Check serial number plates and that all three show
the same number.
S̲T̲E̲P̲ ̲6̲:
Visual Inspection:
a) Painting Finish
b) Surface Finish
c) Knock-outs (shall be closely fitted)
d) Gaskets
e) Foreign Bodies from manufacturing
(shawings etc.)
f) Workmanship generally

Measurings according to APP. B.
