GJ: Planning the visit at EE in the week 21/9.

OE checks delivery of "final documentation. GJ asks
for spares at the meeting Wednesday. 2. shipment 2
weeks later. EW prepares a presentation of the HW-test.
Other items during the meeting: Change of PROMs, VDU-shield,
SW-test status (FE), payment of the extra QA test.
GJ sets up the agenda.
V̲e̲r̲s̲i̲t̲r̲o̲n̲
QA makes the test specifications.
ILS (EW) writes the test procedures. Contract changes
by BHB before 15/9.

The conclusion was that the work h̲a̲s̲ to be done. A
team has to set up. CAMPS has the actions 1-3 and ED
the action 4. CAMPS will not accept the HW from ED,
before the test programs show that the HW is functioning.
Activity 4 is manned with 3 men from CAMPS, and 2 1/2
men from J]rgen H]g.
