Figure 4.1.6 illustrated the flow of data and control
for each of the functions supported by the SFS.

Messages which for some reason cannot be delivered
to their correc destination (local terminals or other
N/M's) will be delivered to the SFS system. (The SFS
subsystem supports facilities for manually distribution
of these messages (ref. distribution and reentry).
When a message is received in the DT-queue of he SFS,
a DT-number is allocated to it. (This number is used
by the operator when he/she specifies a message to
be redistributed).
