The ECO's on hardware known from January 84 are included
in the budget for CAMPS (ECO's for 25 modules, total
update 1740 modules). It is assumed that the Production
Division is able to follow the ECO-update-schedule.
No further ECO's on HW are included in the schedule.
Furthermore the SW-schedule assumes the following:
- After May 84 no further errors in the delivered
system software.
- After May 84 no performance problems occurs causing
redesign of software.
- The hardware in all SW test systems is stable with
a MTBF as calculated in al SW test systems.
The test schedule assumes:
- One 240 hours test system with test drive systems
available from Jan. 84 until completion of operational
test (Nov. 84).
- 1 additional full blown CAMPS available in the
same period.
- 1 additional full blown CAMPS available until completion
of 240 hours test (Aug. 84).
- 3 CR80S and 2 CR80D SW development systems available
in the entire period.

The critical paths through the project during 84 and
85 are:
- Completion of all software
- System integration and test
- Dry run 240 hours test

Any delay in the activities on the critical paths will
postpone the completiondate of the 1st SPA.
